Born in the year of the World Universal exposition in Brussels (1958), I remained to live in the capital of Europe until now. Here I live in a suburban in the Northern part of Brussels, namely Neder-Over-Heembeek.
As far as I can remember I always have been photographing, first on photographic film with the Nikkormat FT-3 and later on the Nikon F-601. Later on I set my first steps in the digital world with the D-50 and the D-90. In 2012, I made the step to FX-photography with the D700 and later on the D800. As I still am a Nikon-addict, a back injury pushed me into the mirrorless Fuji X-T1 which opened a total new experience for me and throw me back 20 years ago.
As an all-round photographer, I am a member of the “SAB-fotoclub” in Saint-Agatha-Berchem and a member of the Dutch-speaking forum “Belgium Digital” and the French-speaking community “Regards Photos“.
